Manon Bonneton is a strong expert in Biotech, in particular in Molecular biology and cellular biology, Microbiology, Biochemistry. She joined ICOSA in 2010 as patent associate within the Biotech-Biology team.
She advises her clients on the definition of an IP strategy, in particular on aspects of patentability and freedom to operate. She intervenes in drafting patent applications, in IP prosecution until patent grant and is a special advisor in IP law procedures. Finally, she developed an expertise in patent search tools (including GenomeQuest).
Manon Bonneton graduated from the Center for International Intellectual Property Studies in 2012 and became European Patent Attorney in 2015.
Manon Bonneton has been awarded a PhD in Life Sciences from the École Normale Supérieure of Lyon. Her thesis was related to the study of the regulation of telomerase, an enzyme involved in cancer, in a model micro-organism.
