Professional experience
Aimée Dadoun is a European and French Patent Attorney. She joined ICOSA in May 2023 as a partner.
A graduate of the University of Nice-Sophia-Antipolis (Organic Chemistry, Biochemistry), Aimée has 30 years of experience in IP. She began her career in the pharmaceutical industry as an engineer (Servier Laboratories, Pasteur Sanofi Diagnostics). She then continued her professional journey as an IP attorney in prestigious several French IP firms.
In 2008, she founded Tech@PI, a firm ed in the life sciences, particularly in pharmacy, cosmetics, and biotechnology. Naturally, she established herself within the Sophia-Antipolis technopole, the region where she is originally from.
Aimée Dadoun works in the field of patents and is registered as an IP expert with the French National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI) and the BPI. She supports companies of all sizes in their innovation strategies, from drafting to filing and extending patent applications, as well as conducting patentability studies and freedom-to-operate analyses. She also assists her clients in opposition proceedings before the INPI and the European Patent Office (EPO), as well as in the valuation of patent portfolios prior to fundraising.
Aimée Dadoun is involved in the CCP Commission of the CNCPI (French National Intellectual Property Attorneys’ Association), as well as with competitiveness clusters and entrepreneurial networks in the southern region of France (Eurobiomed, Innov’Alliance, Sophia Club Entreprises).
